Returns & Exchanges
NO REFUNDS, exchanged items must be returned in it's original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, all tags and packaging must be included. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used picked, combed, brushed, cut, dyed or washed in anyway. If you want to exchange an item you will need to contact us using the CONTACT US link provided.
ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL.
We Do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately.

PAYMENTS are made directly at checkout. Payments can be made with debit card, credit card, or PayPal.
SHIPPING is done only Monday - Friday. Your items will be shipped priority mail and insured. Then shipped to the address provided. Please allow 2 days for processing your order and 7 to 10 business for shipment. Any returned items that are shipped back is the customers responsibility.
SALES TAX is 7% that will be charged to all orders.
